Kevin has served in municipal government for over twenty-eight years. In addition to serving three communities as their manager, he has also served as directors of building, planning, zoning, airport, and economic development offices. Prior to his public service work, Kevin worked at United Parcel Service for seven years.
Keving is currently serving on the Clark Regional Airport Board, the Board of the Regional Planning and Transportation Agency and the Association of Indiana Municipalities Board.
Kevin is a graduate of Southern Illinois University with education in the fields of petroleum engineering, geology, and public administration.
Kevin and his wife Penny have been married for over thirty-two years, have four children, and were recently blessed with a second grandchild.
